We got all our rain for the summer...Wednesday morning. I believe this was Tropical Storm Hermine blowing through town.
For the first time since I started my new job two years ago, I decided to play hookie. What a great decision that turned out to be! A couple of buddies and I ran over to the Paluxy River in Glen Rose. Caught it right at the crest- 3200 cfs. What a great level. Of course, being a Wednesday, we had the whole river to ourselves.
